What counts toward the score?+
Two things work together. First, SellThinker's own algorithm, set up for your business during onboarding, decides how much each signal is worth in your industry. Then it reads the buyer's signals: buying language (price, how to pay, the link), product detail (size, colour, stock), how recent the chat is, and past orders once your store's orders are connected. A buyer who says they bought elsewhere drops to 0.
Is it per chat or per person?+
Per chat. Each sales conversation gets its own score.
Does a score go down?+
Yes. Quiet time cools a score, and a buyer writing again warms it back up.
What if a buyer uses two handles?+
They stay as two buyers. SellThinker won't guess that an Instagram handle and a WhatsApp number are the same person, because a wrong match would mix up two strangers' chats.
Can a buyer ask for their data to go?+
