We do not sell, rent, license, or use Meta-derived data for advertising.
We do not use Meta-derived data to create general consumer profiles, target advertisements, or provide services to unrelated businesses.
SellThinker may use AI tools to analyse business conversations and generate features such as summaries, tags, lead scores, priority rankings, insights, and suggested replies.
Meta-derived data is provided to an AI service provider only where necessary to deliver a feature requested by the connected business. Our AI service providers are contractually restricted from using Meta-derived data for their own independent purposes, including training their general models.
We do not use Meta-derived conversation data to train SellThinker’s own general-purpose AI models.
AI-generated outputs are associated with the relevant business account and are treated as confidential business data. Businesses remain responsible for reviewing any suggested reply or recommendation before using it.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers may access information only to perform services for SellThinker and must protect it from unauthorised use or disclosure.
SellThinker accesses Meta platform data only through authorised Meta APIs and only after an authorised user connects the relevant business account.
We use Meta-derived data solely to provide and maintain the SellThinker features requested by that business. We do not:
Meta’s own terms and privacy policies govern the use of Meta platforms. Disconnecting an integration stops future access through that connection but does not automatically delete data already held by SellThinker; deletion is handled as described below.
We store data using cloud infrastructure and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, including access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive information, logging, and restricted access by authorised personnel.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we identify a security incident affecting information under our control, we will investigate, contain it, and take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable requirements.
