“SellThinker” is a product operated by Vebrone Holdings, a partnership firm registered in India, GSTIN [GSTIN] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). References to SellThinker refer to the service; all legal rights, obligations, and liabilities described in these Terms belong to Vebrone Holdings.
By accessing and using SellThinker (“Platform” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
SellThinker is a conversational-intelligence platform that helps D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sellers manage customer conversations across Instagram and WhatsApp. Our services include:
SellThinker does not send messages to your customers on its own. All outbound replies, payment links, and recovery messages are drafted by the Platform for your review and are only sent when you take that action yourself. Alternatively, As the product develops it may integrate into providing information and guidance for sending messages to your automations.
Account Creation: To use SellThinker, you must create an account with valid business information and agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Your Responsibilities:
Connecting Accounts: To use SellThinker, you must authorize access to your Instagram and/or WhatsApp business accounts. You represent that:
Revocation of Access: You can revoke SellThinker’s access to your Instagram and WhatsApp accounts at any time through your account settings or the respective platforms’ authorization settings.
By authorizing SellThinker to access your Instagram and WhatsApp accounts, you grant us permission to:
You retain all rights to your data and customer information. We will use this data only as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Audit submissions: Where you submit conversation screenshots or other evidence as part of an audit request, you confirm you have the right to share that content with us, including where it contains information about your own customers who are not SellThinker users.
You agree NOT to use SellThinker to:
Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all customer messages, conversation data, and content stored on the Platform.
Your Obligations: You are responsible for:
Customer Privacy: You are solely responsible for informing your customers that you are using SellThinker to analyze their conversations and providing appropriate privacy disclosures. If your use of WhatsApp includes promotional messaging, note that consent for transactional messages does not extend to promotional messages — these require separate, explicit opt-in from your customers.
SellThinker uses artificial intelligence — including models provided by DeepSeek and Anthropic — to classify, score, and draft suggested responses to customer conversations. This analysis may not be fully accurate and should not be treated as the sole basis for business decisions.
By design, SellThinker’s AI does not communicate with your customers autonomously: every outbound message, payment link, or recovery action is a draft that requires your explicit review and action before being sent. You remain responsible for the content of anything you choose to send.
No Warranty: We provide AI analysis “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Meta Integration: SellThinker integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram Graph API. By using SellThinker:
Third-Party Providers: SellThinker may use third-party service providers, including AI model providers, for payment processing, analytics, infrastructure, and other services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or actions of third-party providers.
Platform Ownership: SellThinker, including all software, features, functionality, code, and content (excluding user data) is owned by Vebrone Holdings and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for your business purposes, subject to these terms.
User Content: You retain all rights to your customer data and conversations. By using SellThinker, you grant us a limited license to use your data as necessary to provide services.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without written permission.
Your use of SellThinker is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy below.
Availability: We strive to maintain high availability, but SellThinker is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
Maintenance: We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that could temporarily affect service availability. We will attempt to provide notice of planned downtime.
No Liability: We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions, including those caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support at support@sellthinker.com. Upon termination, access to your account will be discontinued.
Suspension by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Data After Termination: Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within [30] days, except where required to retain for legal compliance.
Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLTHINKER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We Disclaim:
Limitation of Damages: IN NO EVENT SHALL VEBRONE Holdings OR ITS PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of SellThinker after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SellThinker shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India
